AfghanList is a B2B online marketplace. Our primary function is to connect Afghanistan's manufacturers, suppliers, and wholesalers with buyers nationally and internationally. We provide a digital platform with product listings, trade leads, advertising, and business networking services.

3. User Registration

When creating an account, user must provide truthful and complete information. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials, and AfghanList reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or breach these terms.

4. Product Listings and Content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listings. AfghanList has the right to edit, remove, or reject product listings that are unlawful or otherwise violate our platform policies.

5. Subscription and Payment

AfghanList has an annual flagship subscription and AfghanList Pro, a subscription that is customizable to specific business needs.

6. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before purchasing or entering into agreements.

Sellers are mandated to execute orders fairly and provide the promised products.

AfghanList is not liable for any direct transaction, shipment, payment, and any disputes relating to those mentioned between buyers and sellers.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Post false, harmful, or illegal information.
• Use AfghanList for fraudulent activities, spamming, or advertising without authorization.
• Duplicate, scrape, or improperly utilize data from the platform.
• Harm the reputation or functioning of AfghanList in any way.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and materials published and disseminated on AfghanList, all belong to afghanlist.com.

They should not be used, cloned, or altered without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

AfghanList will not be responsible for:

• The quality, authenticity, or delivery of any products.
• Any losses, damages incurred, or the outcome of any transactional business relationships between users.

10. Termination

AfghanList will suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

Users are free to close their accounts at any time and will need to get in touch with our support team.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The data that users provide will be managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

User information is not sold or misused.

We use information solely for the enhancement of our services and for the safe execution of transactions.

12. Changes to Terms

AfghanList may alter these Terms whenever it is deemed necessary.

Users will be informed of significant alterations through email or notifications on the site.

Continued use of the platform after alterations signifies acceptance of the modified Terms.
